Cucurbita moschata Emilly F1 PMT

Cucurbita moschata Emilly F1 PMT

Early, uniformly falling and high-yielding butternut.

In our opinion, the earliest, really good butternut, also grows very reliably in Central Europe.

Uniform fruits weighing 1.4 to 1.8 kg, excellent, dark flesh, healthy growth.

The fruit set is very good. Emilly F1 can also be cultivated in Centeal Europe with excellent yields when pre-cultivated and planted.

Ripening time: 90 days.

Emilly F1 is trailing moderately.

Cucurbita moschata require a lot of heat and is therefore better to be pre-cultivated. Varieties with a ripening time of up to 110 days also thrive in cold regions.

Optimum germination at 24-30o C. When sowing stick the pointed side of the seed down or lay them flat. Do not keep the seed too moist. After germination, place in a brighter and cooler place.

For Emilly F1 we recommend 1-2 square meters per plant.

Possible pests: snails, birds, mice, lice, powdery mildew, virus.

Supplied as raw (normal) seed.
