Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) Cherrola F1

Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) Cherrola F1

Tested, esteemed and popular cocktail tomato.

This very reliable variety with small fruits weighing around 20-30 grams is particularly well established in England. The fruits are set in long panicles, the taste is very good, and the fruit sets early.

Because it is so early, Cherrola F1 thrives outdoors, but can also be planted in a foil house or glasshouse. Cherrola F1 has a good fruit set.

Sow at 20-25° C from February to the end of March, then pre-cultivate from February to April, plant outdoors after the last frost. The harvest takes place from the end of July to September

Tomatoes love sunny and wind-protected locations. The soil should be loose, humus-rich and nutrient-rich.

Tomato plants have high water needs. Never water the plants with tap-cold water. The water should at least be at room temperature. Always ensure that the leaves remain dry so that tomato rot has less chance.
