Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) Sweet Pea

Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) Sweet Pea

Very productive wild tomato.

Sweet Pea bears clusters of small, red, very aromatic fruits that do not fall off when ripe. Wild tomatoes of the pimpinellifolium variety branch out from the bottom and do not need to be supported. Wild tomatoes are robust and very unsusceptible to brown rot. Also grows in a sufficiently large pot.

Sow at 20-25° C from February to the end of March, then pre-cultivate from February to April, plant outdoors after the last frost. The harvest takes place from the end of July to September

Tomatoes love sunny and wind-protected locations. The soil should be loose, humus-rich and nutrient-rich.

Tomato plants have high water needs. Never water the plants with tap-cold water. The water should at least be at room temperature. Always ensure that the leaves remain dry so that tomato rot has less chance.
