A large pumpkin with early ripening.
Champion F1 bears beautifully ribbed and upright fruits weighing around 12 to 18 kg, which are well suited for decoration on the front door.
Champion F1 is characterized by a fairly early maturity. Comparable varieties take around 10-20 days longer.
This variety can also be used for pumpkin soup.
Ripening time: 90 days.

C. pepo grows well on warm, well-drained soils, pre-cultivation and planting with sowing from the end of April or direct sowing from the beginning of May.
Optimum germination at 24-30o C. When sowing stick the pointed side of the seed down or lay them flat. Do not keep the seed too moist. After germination, place in a brighter and cooler place.
For Champion F1 we ​​recommend 2 square meter per plant.
Possible pests: snails, birds, mice, lice, powdery mildew, virus.
