Very uniform and attractive in standard size.Â
Eros F1 completely convinced us on the test field. The beautifully shaped and ribbed fruits weigh 5-7 kg. The fruits are stable and the peel is very robust. This ensures a very good shelf life after harvest. The peel color is a strong dark orange and with the beautifully shaped stem, Eros F1 is a very attractive pumpkin.
The fruit set of Eros F1 is very compact, so a dense culture with around 10,000 plants per hectare is recommended. Bears about 2 fruits per plant.
The variety is suitable for consumption, for example in pumpkin soup.
Ripening time: 90-95 days.

C. pepo grows well on warm, well-drained soils, pre-cultivation and planting with sowing from the end of April or direct sowing from the beginning of May.
Optimum germination at 24-30o C. When sowing stick the pointed side of the seed down or lay them flat. Do not keep the seed too moist. After germination, place in a brighter and cooler place.
Für Eros F1 PMT empfehlen wir etwa 1-2 qm je Pflanze.
Possible pests: snails, birds, mice, lice, powdery mildew, virus.
