Flat-round, red-orange with fine flesh.

Madiba F1 bears uniform, flat-round fruits that weigh approx. 1 to 1.5 kg. When cultivated well, the plants produce an average of around 4-5 fruits.

The fruits are similar to those of the Sunshine F1 variety. The fruit size also depends on the planting distance.

Madiba is an excellent pumpkin for the kitchen.

Madiba F1 vines weakly.

Cucurbiuta maxima are usually robust and make excellent food.  Variety grows well in warm, well-drained soils.

Pre-cultivation and planting with sowing from the end of April or direct sowing from the beginning of May.

Optimum germination at 24-30^o C. When sowing stick the pointed side of the seed down or lay them flat. Do not keep the seed too moist. After germination, place in a brighter and cooler place.

For Madiba F1 we recommend 1 square meter per plant.

Possible pests: snails, birds, mice, lice, powdery mildew, virus.

Supplied as raw (normal) seed.
