Brassica oleracea (Cauliflower) Alpha 7

Brassica oleracea (Cauliflower) Alpha 7

Tasty variety for summer/fall harvest .

Tried-and-tested, seed-resistant cauliflower variety with excellent taste.

Cauliflower is a culture with some demands. The plants must be well supplied with nutrients and water. In order to keep the flower white, the head must be covered after flower formation until harvest, usually by folding the leaves over the flower. Subsequent sets are possible and common for a longer harvest.

The harvest takes place from the beginning of August to November depending on the sowing date. Sowing takes place from the beginning of March with pre-cultivation, about 4 weeks after sowing, planting outdoors at a distance of 60 x 50 cm. Direct sowing is possible.

Cauliflower is one of the heavy eaters that needs to be supplied with sufficient nutrients.

Supplied as raw (normal) seed.
