Brassica oleracea (Red cabbage) Langedijker Bewaar 2 BIO

Vigorous red cabbage.

Langedijker Bewaar is a robust, medium-sized red cabbage that is characterized by its long standing in the field and good storage properties.

Due to its fast growth, this variety is also well suited for cultivation in climatically less favorable locations, such as low mountain ranges.

Like all types of cabbage, it requires a lot of nutrients.

The harvest takes place from the beginning of August depending on the sowing date.

Sowing takes place from February to the end of May with pre-cultivation, then planting at a distance of 60 x 50 cm.

Red cabbage is one of the heavy eaters that needs to be supplied with sufficient nutrients.

 

Supplied as raw (normal) seed.
