Brassica oleracea (Savoy cabbage) Providence F1

A safe, attractive savoy cabbage for the autumn harvest.

Providence F1 is an attractive dark blue-green savoy cabbage with typically blistered leaves. The well-filled, round heads weigh between 0.9 and 1.5 kg and have a short stalk.

Harvest occurs approximately 130 days after sowing. Providence F1 tolerates light to medium frosts without damage.

Sowing takes place from April to the end of May with pre-cultivation, then planting at a distance of 50 x 40 cm. The harvest takes place from October to the end of December.

Savoy cabbage is one of the heavy eaters that needs to be supplied with sufficient nutrients.

 

Supplied as raw (normal) seed.
