An excellent carrot in every respect.
Jolana is an all-round convincing carrot with a great color, very good taste and a good shelf life. The medium-early ripening carrot in the cylindrical Nantaise type has a high resistance to Alternaria leaf spot disease.
Sow directly outdoors, sowing depth 0.5 cm. Row spacing: 30-40 cm, in the row 3-4 cm. To protect against carrot flies, choose open, windy locations or cover with nets, no fresh fertilization. Carrots love sunny locations and light, permeable, nutrient-rich soils. It takes about 125 days from sowing to harvest.
Only grow carrots in the same place every 6 years. Grows well with corn, tomatoes, onions, lettuce and potatoes.
Supplied as raw (normal) seed in grams.
