Commonly known as Perennial Statice, Sea Lavender, or simply Atlantis Statice, is a cultivar of Limonium perezii. This evergreen perennial is widely appriciated for its striking flowers, drought tolerance, and suitability for coastal and dry gardens.

The flowers are tiny and lavender to violet-purple, surrounded by papery, white calyces. They are densely clustered into large, rounded flower heads, which rise above the foliage on tall, sturdy stems. The basal leaves are broad, leathery, and dark green with a slightly wavy margin. They form a dense, low-growing rosette. Thick, woody stems support the flower clusters and add a sculptural quality to the plant.

Minimal care is needed. Remove spent flower stalks to encourage further blooming.
