With a subtle, soft pink colour and a sweet fragrance, the new Matthiola Milla Light Pink brings an elegant sophistication to any Matthiola range.

Milla is a relatively new Matthiola series and has the full attention of our team of breeders. Plant this series from early winter until late spring. From early spring until midsummer, Milla easily produces sufficient stem length compared to other varieties in the market. Milla has a very uniform crop, strong stems and excellent flower quality. Florists love the sweetly scented Matthiola Milla because of its richly filled flower spikes and special colours.

Seedlings are easily selected for doubleness after they are exposed to cold temperatures below 8^o C (46°F) with light.  Double flower seedlings will show pale green cotyledons and single flower seedlings will show dark green cotyledons.
