Like Dipper, but with a much longer neck.Ripening time: 130 days. Vine behavior lush. Calabashes are ideal for drying and will last for years.
Calabashes grow well on warm, well-drained soils.
Pre-cultivation and planting with sowing from the end of April gives good results.
High cultivation yields straight fruits, soil culture produces interesting shapes.
Calabashes are very fast-growing, you should give them enough space, at least 2-3 square meters per plant.
Possible pests: snails, birds, mice, lice, powdery mildew.
