Popular red onion with good properties.

Popular and proven red onion, slightly flat to round in shape, high-yielding and robust. Convincing taste without the unpopular bitter note of the white and brown varieties. Red Baron also stores quite well.

Sow directly outdoors in rows from February to April. In the row approx. 8-10 cm, between the rows 25-30 cm. Fully ripe onions are harvested from the beginning/mid of August.

Supplied as raw (normal) seed in grams.
Approximately 300 seeds per gram.
