Novelty vegetable, cross between Brussels sprouts and kale.

A completely new vegetable, created through years of breeding work. It grows like Brussels sprouts, but instead of the usual florets, small mini cabbages grow that are reminiscent of savoy cabbage heads. These mini cabbages taste uniquely mild and nutty and are prepared like Brussels sprouts. Previously sold as Flower Sprout Early.

Sowing takes place from the beginning of March to May with pre-cultivation, then planting at a distance of 50 x 50 cm. The harvest takes place from October to the end of December.

Flower Sprout is one of the heavy feeders that needs to be supplied with sufficient nutrients.
