Proven cauliflower for fall A very tasty, old variety from the Netherlands for raw vegetables, vegetables and casseroles. Ideal for autumn cultivation, it can also be overwintered. Loves nutrient-rich, well-drained soil without waterlogging.

Sowing takes place from May to July with pre-cultivation, then planting at a distance of 50 x 50 cm. The harvest takes place from the beginning of September to February.

Cauliflower is one of the heavy eaters that needs to be supplied with sufficient nutrients.
