Cauliflower to harvest in late November or spring.

Winter cauliflower is specially bred for late harvest until December and in mild locations for overwintering with harvest in March April.

Depending on the severity of the winter, there may be minor losses during overwintering. Optimist F1 is ideal for this culture variant. The plants are robust and the heads are quite large.

Pre-culture with planting from the end of May to mid-July. Harvest takes place in November/December or from the end of March to the beginning of May of the following year.

Cauliflower is one of the heavy eaters that needs to be supplied with sufficient nutrients.
