Brassica oleracea (Romanesco) Natalino

Proven variety with typically shaped flowers.

Natalino is a real Romanesco, with the typical, bright green, pointed flower umbels.

Particularly suitable for cultivation in summer and autumn, both for direct consumption and for freezing.

The head size is influenced by the planting distance; a slightly denser stand results in smaller heads.

Sowing takes place from May to July with pre-cultivation, then planting at a distance of 50 x 50 cm. The harvest takes place from July to November.

Cauliflower is one of the heavy eaters that needs to be supplied with sufficient nutrients.
