Capsicum annuum (Peperoni) Dolce di Bergamo

Dolce di Bergamo has the well-known, mild pepperoni.

Early, rich, mild peppers that are usually harvested green, ideal for stuffing or pickling.

Also delicious fresh, fruits of around 10 – 15 cm with a mild taste, aromatic, almost no spiciness.

Sowing takes place from the beginning of January to the beginning of March at 20-25 ° C with warm pre-culture indoors. Plant in the greenhouse or outdoors from mid-May at a distance of 50 x 50 cm. Depending on the cultivation method, the harvest takes place from the end of June.

Peppers are sensitive to frost.
