Chrysanthemum coronarium Single mixture BIO

Chrysanthemum coronarium, also known as Glebionis coronaria or crown daisy, is widely cultivated for both ornamental and culinary purposes.

Daisy-like flowers, bright yellow, either entirely yellow or yellow with a white margin, about 3–5 cm in diameter.

The tender leaves and shoots are edible, often added to soups, stir-fries, or salads. Known as “shungiku” in Japanese, “tong ho” in Chinese, and “serres” in Greek cuisines.

Also used in crop rotation systems and as a cover crop to improve soil quality.

Prefers full sun and well-drained soil.

Height: 60 cm (24″).

 

Supplied as raw (normal) seed.
