Herb similar to parsley.

With coriander, the leaves are used like parsley for seasoning. Goes very well with salads, marinades, spicy dishes, fish, stews and even sweet dishes. The leaves have a digestive and calming effect. Coriander loves sun and needs space. The seeds harvested later are used in many ways in the kitchen.

Sow direct outdoors, placing 2-3 seeds at a distance of 20 x 25 cm. The germination period is approx. 15 to 20 days at 10 to 25 °C . Harvesting takes place continuously from June to October.
