Gergana is a very robust and proven typical cucumber that is very popular in Bulgaria. It produces long, slender cucumbers with a good taste. The plants grow very healthily and are extremely productive. The beautiful straight fruits can only be obtained if the plants are bound up. Growing it in protected places outdoors is very possible; Gergana also thrives in a foil or glass house.
Sowing takes place indoors at 22-25 ° C from March to May, followed by pre-cultivation and planting, direct sowing with 1-2 seeds per pot is possible. The harvest takes place continuously from around the beginning of July to October.
