Bungkan 021 F1 bears flat-round and slightly ribbed fruits that only weigh around 1 kg. The initially dark green fruits turn a beautiful ocher as they ripen.
This Asian variety is quite early at 100 days, high-yielding and very decorative. The dark yellow flesh can also be used in the kitchen.

Cucurbita moschata require a lot of heat and is therefore better to be pre-cultivated. Varieties with a ripening time of up to 110 days also thrive in cold regions.
Optimum germination at 24-30o C. When sowing stick the pointed side of the seed down or lay them flat. Do not keep the seed too moist. After germination, place in a brighter and cooler place.
