Pennsylvania Dutch Crookneck bears curved, elongated fruits weighing approx. 3 kg, beige-colored, quite high-yielding traditional variety for use like butternut squash.

Ripening time: 110 days.

Pennsylvania Dutch Crookneck vines strongly.

Cucurbita moschata require a lot of heat and is therefore better to be pre-cultivated. Varieties with a ripening time of up to 110 days also thrive in cold regions.

Optimum germination at 24-30o C. When sowing stick the pointed side of the seed down or lay them flat. Do not keep the seed too moist. After germination, place in a brighter and cooler place.

For Pennsylvania Dutch Crookneck we ​​recommend 3-4 square meters per plant.

Possible pests: snails, birds, mice, lice, powdery mildew, virus.
