A high-yielding butternut with beautiful fruits, early bearing with a compact growth habit.

The fruits are typical and have a very beautifully colored flesh with good consistency and taste. The fruit weight is around 1-1.2 kg.

Ripening time: 90-95 days.

Pixy F1  vines moderately.

Cucurbita moschata require a lot of heat and is therefore better to be pre-cultivated. Varieties with a ripening time of up to 110 days also thrive in cold regions.

Optimum germination at 24-30^o C. When sowing stick the pointed side of the seed down or lay them flat. Do not keep the seed too moist. After germination, place in a brighter and cooler place.

For Pixy F1 we ​​recommend 1-2 square meters per plant.

Possible pests: snails, birds, mice, lice, powdery mildew, virus.

Supplied as raw (normal) seed.
