Cucurbita moschata Samurai F1

Samurai F1 is a new type with a light green spotting that disappears when fully ripe.

Very beautifully shaped fruits weighing around 1.5 kg, dark flesh, high-yielding variety, the plants are compact.

Ripening time: 100 days.

Samurai F1 makes short vines.

Cucurbita moschata require a lot of heat and is therefore better to be pre-cultivated. Varieties with a ripening time of up to 110 days also thrive in cold regions.

Optimum germination at 24-30o C. When sowing stick the pointed side of the seed down or lay them flat. Do not keep the seed too moist. After germination, place in a brighter and cooler place.

For Samurai F1 we recommend 1-2 square meters per plant.

Possible pests: snails, birds, mice, lice, powdery mildew, virus.

 

Supplied as raw (normal) seed.
