Orangita F1 is suitable for consumption.
A fascinating novelty of American origin. The beautifully ribbed fruits weigh around 500 to 700 g and contain pulp similar to that of the well-known acorns. This makes Orangita a good candidate for the microwave or oven as a stuffed single pumpkin.
Orangita F1 is resistant to powdery mildew and produces numerous fruits. The fruits look particularly beautiful in contrast to the white Casperita F1.
Ripening time: 90 days.
Orangita PMT F1 grows in a compact bush shape.
C. pepo grows well on warm, well-drained soils, pre-cultivation and planting with sowing from the end of April or direct sowing from the beginning of May.
Optimum germination at 24-30o C. When sowing stick the pointed side of the seed down or lay them flat. Do not keep the seed too moist. After germination, place in a brighter and cooler place.
For Orangita PMT F1 we ​​recommend 1 square meter per plant.
