White Pearl forms beautifully pronounced, almost round acorn pumpkins that are pure white and retain their color for a very long time.

Acorns are very popular in the USA, where they are halved, cooked in the oven and then served with maple syrup.

The fruits weigh around 500-600 g and are a good starter when served in half. The plants grow in a bush shape without tendrils.

Ripening time: 90 days.

White Pearl grows bushy.

C. pepo grows well on warm, well-drained soils, pre-cultivation and planting with sowing from the end of April or direct sowing from the beginning of May.

Optimum germination at 24-30^o C. When sowing stick the pointed side of the seed down or lay them flat. Do not keep the seed too moist. After germination, place in a brighter and cooler place.

For White Pearl we recommend 1 square meter per plant.

Possible pests: snails, birds, mice, lice, powdery mildew, virus.

Supplied as raw (normal) seed.
