Cucurbita pepo (Zucchini) Zucchino da Fiori

This variety is very popular in southern Europe.

The special thing about this variety is the development of predominantly male, very large flowers, which are very popular in Mediterranean cuisine.

This variety thrives in warm, well-drained soil, pre-cultivation and planting with sowing from the end of April or direct sowing from the beginning of May. The ripening time is approximately 50 days. This variety does not climb and grows like a bush. Zucchini should be harvested very young, ideally when or shortly after flowering. This variety can be harvested continuously.

For zucchini we recommend 1 square meter per plant.
