COMPLAINTS

If, despite all good care, complaints arise that are justified, then the seller has the choice of the goods in whole resp. to be partially replaced or to reimburse.
The seller’s liability does not exceed the net invoice amount of the goods.
Buyer must submit original packaging (in connection with batch no.).

DAMAGE, DELAY OR LOSS

If the order is damaged, delayed or lost during transport, you must contact us as soon as possible (within 7 days).

RETURNS

In the unlikely event you would like to return your goods back to us, please contact us by sending an email to info@easyseed.nl before returning.
The shipment cannot be returned without consultation.
The return costs are always borne by the buyer.

In all cases of returns:

  • All items must be returned in the original packaging and unopened, the box must also not be opened.
  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the seeds.
