Unlike other Lewisia cotyledon varieties Elise already blooms in full in the first year without needing cold and is therefore a valuable, new and exotic addition to the range of bedding and container plants.

Under optimal conditions, Elise starts flowering 4-5 months after sowing and the strong plants with their succulent-like leaves bloom profusely and for a long time in many shades of pink, pink, salmon, orange, white, yellow and bicolors.
