Lewisia cotyledon ‘Sunset Strain’ (Bitterroot) is a perennial.

Spectacular in flower, long-lived, and unique, this resilient native cultivar thrives in fast-draining gravelly sites and low fertility soil.

With its compact form, it is a good fit for rock gardens, xeriscapes, sidewalk gardens, and containers.

Flowering with the full color spectrum of a summer sunset from apricot and tangerine to pinks and yellows and pure-white, the colorful flowers attract butterflies and bees from spring to fall.

Height: 15 cm (6″).

Cover the seeds (dark-germinating seed) as light inhibits its germination process.

Supplied as raw (normal) seed.
