Strong-tasting root vegetables.

The roots, which are harvested in autumn, give mixed vegetables and soups the typical parsley flavour. The roots can be easily frozen and used fresh for a very long time. The leaves can be used fresh, just like normal parsley.

Direct sowing outdoors from the end of February to April. Sowing distance 25 x 10 cm. Harvest time October to November.

Root parsley does not like freshly fertilized soil.
