Borlotto lingua 3 is an attractive and tasty variety of Italian breeding.
The pods are two-colored, green with red tinges. The taste is extremely good and the beans are stringless until the stage where the colorful grains develop in the pod. Grows strongly and forms large quantities of pods, so it is very productive. The beans, suitable as grain beans, are also two-colored.
Sowing: Direct sowing outdoors from mid-May to the end of June, row sowing on the pole, between the rows 100 cm, in the row 40-60 cm, place about 6-8 grains on each rod. Harvest period: From end of July to October.
Fertilization generally not required. Avoid waterlogging and damp tillage. Later piling up is recommended.
Supplied as raw (normal) seed.
