Bush/sword bean with flat pods.
Nassau is a medium-early bush bean with flat pods about 16 cm long and 1.7 cm wide with an excellent taste. Nassau is very productive and naturally resistant to fat spot, burn spot and bean mosaic virus. A very stable variety with an exceptionally high yield.
The seeds are sown directly outdoors from May to July. Row sowing, in the row 8-10 cm, between the rows 40 cm or as a dibbling seed at a distance of 40 x 40 cm with 4-5 grains. Harvest period: From July to October.
Fertilization generally not required. Avoid waterlogging and damp tillage. Later piling up is recommended.
Supplied as raw (normal) seed in grams.
