Pisum sativum (Sugar pea) Norli BIO

Pisum sativum (Sugar pea) Norli BIO

High-yielding, sturdy sugar snap pea with small pods.

Norli is an early and high-yielding sugar pea with tender, small pods. The pods are very tender and have a high sugar content. Ideal for Asian dishes, for example.

The plants are very stable with a height of around 50-60 cm.

Norli is resistant to Fusarium wilt.

Sugar peas should be harvested continuously to ensure a rich harvest. If you let the pods hang until they are fully ripe, you can also harvest them as marsh peas.

Sow thinly in rows from the end of March to the end of May in a sunny location, 30-40 cm between rows, 4-5 cm apart within rows.

Good in mixed culture with cabbage, radish and early potatoes. Do not cultivate together with onions.

Supplied as raw (normal) seed in grams.
Approximately 6-7 seeds per gram.
