Panter is a homogeneous selection of the well-known round black winter radish. Deep black, firm-fleshed, round radish that can be stored especially over winter and lasts a long time.
Essential oils that can be released with sugar or honey are proven to be effective against colds.
The black radish is harvested and stored in autumn. At around 3 ° C it has a very good shelf life until April.
Direct sow from June to August at a distance of 15 x 25 cm. The harvest takes place around 14 weeks after sowing from August.
Radishes should always be well watered and not harvested overripe and should never be left dry as this leads to spiciness and woodiness.
