Violet Knight F1 is a new elongated eggplant bred in America. The approximately 17 cm long fruits shine in a rich lilac-violet. The fruits are very tasty. The plants are vigorous and healthy and grow up to 1.5 m high. Nice counterpart to the White Knight F1 variety.

Cultivation is also possible in sufficiently large containers, but care must be taken to ensure the nutrient and water supply. Eggplants thrive best in a greenhouse, but can also be grown outdoors in protected, sunny locations.

Sow at 20-22 ° C from the end of February to mid-April, then culture in pots until planting from the beginning of May. The required planting distance is approximately 40 x 60 cm. Violet Knight F1 can be harvested from mid-July to the end of September.
