Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) Bellandine F1

Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) Bellandine F1

High-yielding Andean horn tomato with very high tolerance to blossom end rot.

Beef tomato of the Andenhorn type with very high tolerance to blossom end rot. Robust, productive and well suited for the outdoors. Typical, elongated, red-colored fruits weighing around 200 grams. Fine texture and exceptional taste.

A real cultivation recommendation. The plant grows very healthily and is resistant to mosaic virus, fusarium, verticillium and nematode infestation. Also grows well in a greenhouse.

Sow at 20-25° C from February to the end of March, then pre-cultivate from February to April, plant outdoors after the last frost. The harvest takes place from the end of July to September.

Tomatoes love sunny and wind-protected locations. The soil should be loose, humus-rich and nutrient-rich.

Tomato plants have high water needs. Never water the plants with tap-cold water. The water should at least be at room temperature. Always ensure that the leaves remain dry so that tomato rot has less chance.
