Red beef tomato with good resistance to late blight.
PhR = Phytophtora Resistant.
Pyros is a vigorous beef tomato with red fruits weighing around 150 grams.
The tomatoes have a good aroma and are firm to cut.
Thanks to multiple resistances, it is ideal for outdoor cultivation. Of course, it also grows in protected cultivation.
Sow at 20-25° C from February to the end of March, then pre-cultivate from February to April, plant outdoors after the last frost. The harvest takes place from the end of July to October.
Tomatoes love sunny and wind-protected locations. The soil should be loose, humus-rich and nutrient-rich.
Tomato plants have high water needs. Never water the plants with tap-cold water. The water should at least be at room temperature. Always ensure that the leaves remain dry so that tomato rot has less chance.
Supplied as raw (normal) seed.
