Zea mays (Sweet Corn) Ramondia F1
Zea mays (Sweet Corn) Ramondia F1
Ramondia F1 is a new, stable variety with a very early yield.
What’s special are the two-colored pistons, 75% yellow, 25% white. The cobs are about 22 cm long, are filled to the top and can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days after harvesting. With a height of only around 150 cm and the quick development time, it is ideal for growing in the garden and in sets. Supersweet varieties are particularly tender and sweet. Sweet corn is nutrient-requiring.
The seeds are usually sown directly outdoors from May onwards, 15-20 cm in rows and 60-80 cm between rows. Depending on the sowing date, the harvest takes place from July to October.
Care tip for corn: The harvest of sweet corn can be brought forward by covering it with fleece or perforated foil. It is important to sow in warm, not too wet soil so that the plants germinate and grow. It makes sense to sow in 2-3 sets in order to be able to harvest corn cobs continuously.
Supplied as raw (normal) seed.
